The 10-second test that shows why your phone is quiet
If a stranger can't find you that fast, you're invisible.
Your business should be easier to find, trust, and book.
Here’s a test I want you to run before you spend another dollar on ads.
Open your phone. Sign out of Google (or use a private window). Search the thing you sell plus your city, like “HVAC Pueblo” or “plumber Colorado Springs.”
You get about ten seconds.
If your Google Business Profile, website, or reviews don’t make a stranger think “this is the shop,” you’re losing jobs to whoever showed up clearer. Quiet phone or busy phone that never books, same root: the path from needing you to hiring you is broken.
Most owners blame “the market.” Usually it’s that the market can’t find you, can’t trust you fast, or can’t book you without friction.
Fix order this week:
Claim and complete your Google Business Profile (hours, services, photos, that you reply to reviews)
Make the homepage say what you do, where you do it, and how to book in one screen
Answer every lead the same day. Speed beats clever.
If you want that built for you in Colorado, that’s Local Business Assist. This letter is how you hear from us. LBA is who you hire when you’re ready.
Next Tuesday: why “trust” loses the job even after they find you.
